Services for growing sales

Five services for Chinese factories already exporting to the US that want more buyers, more channels, or more volume.

The five services

1. Sales outsourcing

We become your US sales team. Find buyers, present your products, handle inquiries, set up calls, negotiate terms, close deals.

2. US warehouse network

Your goods in our US warehouse network. 24-48 hour fulfillment to US buyers. You keep title, we just hold and ship.

3. Trade show attendance coordination

We coordinate with you on which US, EU, or Middle East shows to attend. Sometimes we walk the floors with you.

4. Buyer introductions

We introduce your factory to specific US buyers in our network. They become your direct customer relationship. See Network > How we introduce.

5. Storage showrooms

Curated physical display of your inventory in a US location that buyers can visit. Useful for slow-stock placement.

When to use which

Most factories don't need all five at once. Common patterns:

Want inventory closer to US buyers US warehouse network

Service details

What's the difference between "sales outsourcing" and "buyer introductions"?

Different services for different situations:

Buyer introductions: - We introduce you to specific buyers - They become your direct customer relationship - We step back after the intro - Lower cost per introduction - Best when you have a sales team that can close

Sales outsourcing: - We act as your US sales team, ongoing - We own the buyer relationship on your behalf - We handle follow-up, negotiation, support - Higher cost, monthly or commission-based - Best when you don't have US sales capacity

Some factories use both: introductions to build the pipeline, outsourcing to handle ongoing relationships.

What's the difference between "storage showrooms" and "warehouse network"?

Warehouse network: - Goods ready for fulfillment to US buyers - 24-48 hour shipping - Best for active inventory moving through to buyers

Storage showrooms: - Goods displayed for buyer browsing - Slower fulfillment (typically 1-2 weeks) - Best for slow-stock placement in discount channel

Showrooms may also include a warehouse component, but the primary purpose is display, not fulfillment.

What these services don't include
