What we need from you

How it works

  1. You ship inventory to the showroom. Standard pallet shipping from China or domestic LTL if you have US stock.
  2. We label and display. Standard showroom shelving, labels with SKU + price.
  3. Buyers visit the showroom. Some are scheduled; some are walk-in. We coordinate.
  4. Buyer interest logged. We track who visits, what they look at, what they ask.
  5. Sales close through us or directly. When a buyer wants to order, we coordinate fulfillment (typically from the showroom or your China factory).
  6. Inventory updates as items sell.

What success looks like

A storage showroom is successful when:

Realistic outcome: a slow but consistent channel for inventory that isn't moving through other means.

Common mistakes we avoid

Sending low-quality inventory

Showrooms are physical. Buyers see your goods. Damaged, dirty, or poorly packed goods in a showroom kill the impression for all your inventory.

We re-shoot and re-pack items before display if needed.

Pricing too high

Same rule as catalog: 40-70% off original retail. Showroom buyers expect deep discounts.

No follow-up after a buyer visit

If a buyer visits and doesn't buy on the spot, we follow up within 2 weeks with a quote and sample. Without that follow-up, the visit is wasted.

What we don't do

How it differs from a US warehouse

Warehouse: - Goods ready for fulfillment - 24-48 hour shipping to buyers - Best for active inventory

Storage showroom: - Goods displayed for buyer browsing - Slower fulfillment - Best for slow-stock placement

Some factories use both: active inventory in the warehouse, slow stock in the showroom.
