Pricing

Two-component pricing:

Setup fee

Commission

Some accounts negotiate a fixed monthly retainer instead of commission, especially when sales volume is low. We can discuss.

Timeline

Stage Time
Service agreement signed Day 1
Buyer outreach begins Day 14
First buyer response Day 21-60
First sales meeting (call or in-person) Day 30-90
First quote sent Day 30-90
First PO Day 60-180
First sale 3-6 months from service start

Realistic timeline. Faster is rare. Slower is common if your product is new to the market.

What we need from you

What the day-to-day looks like

Typical weekly activity:

Reporting: Weekly activity report, monthly sales pipeline review.

You see everything we do on your behalf.

When this service isn't a fit

How it differs from a US sales agent

Sales agent (1099 contractor): - Typically independent, may represent multiple non-competing factories - Commission-only, often 10-20% - No team, no infrastructure - You coordinate directly

Sales outsourcing (us): - Coordinated team: lead salesperson + support - Setup fee + commission - CRM, reporting, infrastructure - We handle the full sales motion

We bring more than a single agent can. Cost is higher but capability is broader.

What success looks like

A sales outsourcing engagement is successful when:

After 12 months, many factories transition to buyer introductions (cheaper) or hire a US sales employee in-house (long-term cost control).

Common mistakes we avoid

Quoting too aggressively

Some factories quote 20% below market to "win" buyers. This backfires: buyers expect the same price on the next order, and you've locked yourself into low margins.

We quote at your target margin and walk away from buyers who won't meet it.

Overselling capabilities

Some factories claim capabilities they don't have. When buyers discover this, trust is gone forever.

We only commit to what we can actually deliver.

Not following up

Sales outsourcing without consistent follow-up is just listing. 80% of sales happen on the 5th-12th follow-up.

We have a process for this.

What happens if it doesn't work

If after 6 months the engagement isn't producing results, we have a conversation. Options:

We're not interested in charging you for activity that doesn't produce. We're interested in activity that produces sales.
