Network coverage
We work with warehouses in:
Los Angeles (best for West Coast distribution, near Port of LA)
Memphis (central US, FedEx hub, lower shipping to most US
destinations)
New Jersey (East Coast, near Port of NY/NJ)
The right warehouse depends on where your buyers are and which port
your goods enter the US through.
When this service isn't a fit
You ship less than 1 container per quarter. A US warehouse costs
more than direct shipping to buyer warehouses for low volume.
Your product is hazardous or temperature-controlled. Different
facility, different cost.
You want a single warehouse for your entire US presence. We
provide network access; you can rent your own if you need single
point of control.
What we need from you
Inbound freight details (when shipment books)
Pallet manifest (SKU, quantity per pallet, dimensions)
Storage preferences (rack vs. floor, climate-controlled, etc.)
Pick/pack instructions (per SKU or per order)
How it works day-to-day
Inbound
You ship from China FOB (we help select ocean freight and customs
broker)
Goods arrive at US port, clear customs
We arrange drayage to our warehouse
Warehouse receives, scans, confirms receipt
Inventory shows in your portal
Outbound (per order)
Buyer places order with you
You forward the order to us (or we have a system integration)
Warehouse picks, packs, ships
Tracking number sent to buyer
Inventory adjusts
Reporting
Real-time inventory (online portal)
Daily pick activity
Weekly shipping summary
Monthly inventory report (with aging alerts)
Inventory aging
After 6 months in our warehouse without movement, we flag the SKU
and ask:
Hold longer (charges continue)
Return to you (you pay return shipping)
Move to clearance (we list in our slow-stock catalog, see
Catalog)
We don't dump your inventory without notice. But we do push you to
make decisions about slow-moving stock.
What success looks like
A warehouse engagement is successful when:
Inbound shipments arrive on schedule, no detention
Outbound orders ship within 24 hours of receipt
Inventory accuracy is 99%+
Aging inventory is addressed proactively
Per-order costs are predictable month-to-month
Most factories hit this rhythm by month 3 of using the warehouse.
Common mistakes we avoid
Sending mixed-SKU pallets without manifest
Mixed pallets are fine if you tell us what's in them. Without a
manifest, we can't put inventory away.
Skipping the receiving step
We confirm receipt within 24 hours of arrival. If we miss something,
tell us - but most issues are caught at receiving.
Ignoring aging inventory
A SKU sitting in the warehouse for 6+ months is costing you. We push
you to make decisions, but if you ignore it, costs compound.
Why we don't take title
We hold your inventory; we don't own it. Two reasons:
You keep control. If you want to change warehouses, recall
inventory, or move to direct fulfillment, you can - without our
approval.
Risk stays with you. If goods are damaged in our warehouse,
we pay (our insurance covers this), but you own the inventory
relationship.
This is different from a US fulfillment company that buys your
inventory and resells. We don't.
