When this service isn't a fit
You're not ready to exhibit. Attending as a visitor is cheaper
and useful for research. Most first-time exporters should attend as
visitors before exhibiting.
Your product is highly niche. Some shows won't have the right
buyers. We can tell you which shows to skip.
You're testing the US market. A trade show is expensive
($5,000-15,000 minimum all-in). Use the discovery call
first.

What success looks like
A show attendance is successful when:
You had 10-30+ meaningful buyer conversations
You collected 5-15 qualified leads
You sent 10+ post-show samples or quotes
You have 2-3 follow-up calls or meetings scheduled
Realistic outcome: 1-3 of those leads become first orders within
6-9 months.
Most factories don't get a sale at the show itself. The show is for
relationship building, not closing.
Common mistakes we avoid
Bringing too much product
A small, curated sample set is better than a packed container.
Buyers want to see quality, not quantity.
Not following up
The biggest mistake: meet buyers, then don't follow up within 2
weeks. By then, they've forgotten you.
We build the follow-up into the show plan.
Choosing the wrong show
Some factories go to High Point when they should go to ASD. The
wrong show wastes the entire investment.
We help you pick the right show for your category.
Why we recommend ASD Market Week for first-time exporters
If you've never exhibited at a US show before, ASD is the right
first show for most factories:
High buyer density (more discount buyers per square foot than any
other US show)
International sourcing pavilions (less intimidating for first-time
overseas exhibitors)
Two editions per year (March + August)
Affordable booth space relative to High Point or Las Vegas Market
Most first-time US exporters should attend ASD as a visitor before
exhibiting. After 1-2 visits, exhibit.
