Three ways Chinese factories connect with US buyers without renting a US office, hiring a US employee, or flying to the US every month.
You're a Chinese factory. You're already exporting or close to it. You need more US buyers but you don't want to:
This section covers three approaches that work without any of those.
What: We introduce your factory to specific US buyer contacts in our network. They become your direct customer relationship.
Best for: Factories with established product, ready to ship, looking for new buyers.
Cost: $300-500 per introduction (flat) OR 5-10% commission on sales that come through the introduction.
Speed: First sale in 3-9 months from first intro.
More: How we introduce
What: We coordinate with you on which US, EU, or Middle East shows to attend. Sometimes we walk the floors with you. Sometimes we introduce you to specific buyers at the show.
Best for: Factories building a US-market pipeline. Especially useful for first-time exporters who need to meet multiple buyers in one trip.
Cost: Trade show attendance: $5,000-15,000 per show (booth + travel). Coordinated show attendance with us: case-by-case quote.

What: Public list of B-grade, overstock, end-of-line, and customer returns from Chinese factories. US buyers browse, request samples, and place orders through us.
Best for: Factories with slow-moving inventory that needs to clear. NOT for main-line branded product.
Cost: Free for first 10 SKUs; $50/SKU after. 10% commission on sales we close.

| Your situation | Best approach |
|---|---|
| First-time US exporter | Show attendance (ASD Market Week, IHA) |
| Active exporter, need more buyers | Buyer introductions + Show attendance |
| Have B-grade inventory to clear | Catalog listing |
| Not sure | Take the discovery call |
Most factories end up doing 2 or 3 of these in parallel. A typical year-2 factory client might: - Attend ASD + IHA per year - Have 5-10 active buyer introductions - List 30-50 SKUs in the catalog at any time
Three years of working with Chinese factories entering the US discount channel. Started with introductions only. Added show coordination because factories kept asking. Added catalog listing because factories had slow stock they needed to clear.
Each approach is independent. You can use one, two, or all three.
A small team with: - US-side presence (warehouse, customs broker relationships, US banking) - China-side presence (factory visits, sample coordination) - Buyer relationships across off-price, dollar, hardware, and home goods - Vendor onboarding experience with major US retailers
We don't list team members by name here. If you want to know who's behind this, ask on the discovery call.
If you're considering any of these services, useful information: - 2-page factory profile (from Market research section) - Photos of product - Existing US-market experience (if any) - Budget for US-side work

Email us with the factory profile and we'll be in touch within 1 business day to discuss which approach makes sense for you.
