Privacy policy

Plain language. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this website. We collect very little.

What we collect

Email and WeChat messages you send us

If you email us or message us on WeChat, we keep your message. We use it to reply to you and to do the work we agreed to do.

Factory profile documents you send us

If you send us a factory profile as part of an inquiry, we keep it. We use it to assess your situation and recommend services. We don't share it with anyone without your permission.

Web server logs

Cloudflare Pages (our hosting) keeps server logs. These logs contain your IP address, the URL you requested, and the time. Cloudflare uses these for security and performance. We don't actively look at them.

What we do NOT collect

We do NOT run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking pixel
We do NOT use cookies for advertising or retargeting
We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties
We do NOT collect biometric, health, financial, or special-category data

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies:

Cloudflare's essential cookies (security, load balancing)
No third-party cookies
No advertising cookies

If we add analytics in the future, this page will be updated first.

How long we keep your data

Email and WeChat: As long as we're in active conversation with you, plus 12 months for reference. After that, we delete.
Factory profiles: Same as above. We delete after 12 months of no contact.
Server logs: Cloudflare's retention policy. Typically 30 days.

Your rights

See your data. Ask us what we have on file. We respond within 30 days.
Delete your data. Ask us to delete. We delete within 30 days.
Correct your data. Tell us what's wrong. We fix.
Export your data. Ask for a copy. We send.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent and believe your child has contacted us, email us and we'll delete the data.

International data transfers

Our team has presence in the US and China. If you contact us from China, your data may be stored on servers outside China (Cloudflare's global network). If you contact us from the EU/UK, GDPR applies. We comply with GDPR's data subject rights regardless of where you're located.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the bottom shows the current version. If we make material changes, we'll notify active contacts by email or WeChat.
